At Fandom Tokyo, we want you to love your new fashion pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and Japanese retail packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Fandom Tokyo packaging, ensuring all designer tags and accessories are included.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Tokyo-based quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
